Terms of Service

1. Agreement

These Terms of Service (the "Terms") form a binding agreement between you and AxPlusB, Inc. ("we," "our," or "Bahulam") governing your access to and use of Bahulam — the web application at bahulam.ai, the Bahulam mobile app, and any related services (collectively, the "Service").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Who can use the Service

You must be at least 16 years old to use Bahulam. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

3. Your account

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us at [email protected] as soon as you become aware of any unauthorized access.

We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are being used to abuse the Service.

4. What you send us (Your Content)

You retain ownership of the messages, prompts, files, and other content you submit to the Service ("Your Content"). By submitting Your Content, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and transmit it as necessary to provide the Service to you.

We do not use Your Content to train AI models. We do not sell Your Content.

You are responsible for Your Content. You represent that you have the rights necessary to submit it and that it does not violate any law or third-party right.

5. AI-generated output

Bahulam uses third-party large language models to generate responses to your prompts. Model outputs are probabilistic and can be inaccurate, incomplete, or biased. Do not rely on Bahulam for medical, legal, financial, or other professional advice. Verify important information independently.

Where permitted by applicable law and the terms of the underlying model provider, you own the outputs generated in response to your prompts. Similar prompts by other users may yield similar outputs; you cannot claim exclusive rights to model outputs.

6. Acceptable use

You will not, and will not permit others to:

• Use the Service to violate any law or infringe any third-party right.
• Attempt to generate content that sexually exploits minors, plans real-world violence, facilitates fraud, or enables non-consensual intimate imagery.
• Attempt to derive the underlying model weights, training data, or proprietary techniques of Bahulam or its providers.
• Scrape, crawl, or use automated means to access the Service beyond the endpoints and rate limits we publish.
• Interfere with the Service's operation, security, or availability.
• Resell, sublicense, or provide the Service to third parties without our written permission.
• Use the Service to build a competing product.

We may investigate suspected violations and cooperate with law enforcement as required.

7. Paid plans and billing

If you subscribe to a paid plan or purchase credits, the price, features, and renewal terms shown at checkout apply. Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle unless you cancel before the renewal date.

All fees are non-refundable except where required by law. If you cancel, you retain access through the end of your current billing cycle.

We may change prices with reasonable prior notice. Continued use after a price change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the new price.

8. Our intellectual property

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding Your Content and model outputs generated from your prompts), is owned by AxPlusB, Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service in accordance with these Terms.

"Bahulam" and related marks are our trademarks. You may not use them without our written permission.

9. Third-party services

The Service integrates with third-party providers listed in our Privacy Policy. Your use of those providers may be subject to their own terms. We are not responsible for third-party services and do not endorse any content or output originating from them.

10. Warranties disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that outputs will be accurate.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, AxPlusB, Inc. and its officers, employees, and affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, or data, arising from or related to your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or the Service will not exceed the greater of one hundred U.S. dollars (US$100) or the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

12. Indemnification

You will defend and indemnify AxPlusB, Inc. from any third-party claim arising from Your Content, your use of the Service in violation of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

13. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time and delete your account from account settings. We may suspend or terminate your access if you materially breach these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (ownership, disclaimers, liability limits, indemnification, governing law) will survive.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of India, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Disputes arising under these Terms will be brought exclusively in the courts of Hyderabad, Telangana, India, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.

If you are a consumer in a jurisdiction that provides mandatory consumer protections, those protections apply to you and are not superseded by the governing law above.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we make material changes, we will update the effective date above and notify you through the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after such notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
